Put it in ice cube trays. Once frozen take the blocks out and put in a labelled snaplock bag in the freezer.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Thanks judydawn & DizzyGirl. :) The chicken was lovely and I did garlic rice to have with it.  A very nice meal.

Made JulieO's cob loaf (baked in a 8" cake tin) this morning and a batch of Apricot, Cranberry & Pistachio Truffles from a recipe my DIL found in a recent magazine.  Because I had the bread rising in the TMX I used my old food processor to chop up the dates etc and it was a disaster so had to wait until the bread was out before I could continue with the truffles.  I have decided I need 2 jugs.  DH just rolled his eyes when I told him this and hurried from the kitchen lest I get any more ideas.

Mab19 - you're so right!! Half way through preparing dinner last night I decided that each TMX should, just as a matter of course, come with two bowls - not just one!! ;)  I wonder how HO would feel about that suggestion!?  I'm seriously considering a second one -( but would it stop there, do you think???? LOL)

Today I made Toast from a recipe my consultant gave me. No idea which cookbook it is from. I also made cashew chicken from Indian Cookbook. Well..had one mini disaster after another. First time I made some mistakes after having thermie for 1 week. Dough mixture way too wet. Forgot that my consultant said to reduce water..(didn't write it down of course.) Then cashew mixture flew all over me and the kitchen without lid. Forgot to take mc lid off when sauteeing and then forgot to mill spices first. Phew....all turned out well though after a tough morning in the kitchen. Having the chicken for dinner tomorrow night when I will have an extra 4 people staying with us for a week.

Lovely looking food mab19.

Montoya we all have those days. Things will improve.

This morning I've made brioche dough (sourdough) using the TMX, stewed some apples and rhubarb and will do some mango icecream and dinner will be Dinner Spinners Chicken TAndoori.

Working from home today so using this forum to try & decide what to cook for dinner - need something quick & easy and have already about 5 possibilities! So far it's a toss-up between Chorizo & Capsicum Risotto and Chicken Tikka Masala.
