Fundj, I think I might divide your pizza dough recipe by 10 and give it a try for tea tonight. With the new pizza oven we have been trailing base recipes but still haven't found exactly what we are after. Do you think I should add some oil?

Can anyone help?   I bought chicken fillets today at the local butcher for $4.99 a kilo and was looking forward to coating some in the kfc  mixture, but I can't seem to find it.  I have already made the Old bay spice about a month ago and was sure I wrote the ingredients down, but I can't locate it now.  Thanks

I'm cooking beans again today.  These are another heirloom variety called Rattlesnake beans and are usually available for only a short time as the total crop in the U.S. is not great and those who fancy this bean buy them up quickly.  I was able to get three pounds before the supplier sold out.  No more till next fall.

They are great soup beans but are also fine for baking and for combining with rice or other grains to make a complete protein.  They are very popular with vegetarians as they have a meaty flavor.

Some folks attribute the name to the twisty shape of the fairly long pods but folks back where I grew up said it was because the dried beans in the reddish pods, sound like a rattlesnake when the pods are shaken.

Oh, just down to Palm Cove, Cairns BEST beach.
We have booked a apartment right on the beach front, so we eat out every nite, as a treat for me.

I'll try and log in from there. ( i'm addicted to here) and cooking in my thermomix.
