No cooking for me tonight as we are going out to celebrate my brothers birthday.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Nothing from the Thermomix tonight just a good old fashioned BBQ. Steak, haloumi cheese and veggies grilled on the barbie.

Might make a fruity dream for afters, just bought some raspberries, strawberries and peaches. which have all been prepared and frozen.  Might try the peach tonight.

Cooked this for last night's dinner on our new Pizza Stone.  Worked a treat, lovely crisp bottom.

Cheers, Nola.

Looks delicious Nola!

I made a healthy frittatta with fetta and pepitas on top from Cyndi O Meara's book.

Was going to make tenina's salted caramel icecream but ran out of time to get some ingredients today so early next week I think it is!

This is the base for my pizza.
‎200g water, 50g olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 400g plain flour, 7g of dry yeast, Place water, oil and salt in bowl and process 1 minute temp 37c speed 2. Add flour & yeast & knead 1 minute. Stand in warm place 30 minutes then shape to size and add topping. 230c 15 - 20 mins. :)
Cheers, Nola.

Tagliatelle with Porchini mushrooms from the MWOC  book.
Except I use button mushrooms, usually have to double the quantity as there is just never enough.
Sometimes I make it with fresh spinach instead of the mushrooms, just as nice.
I mince the garlic first even though it says to remove clove after cooking with parsley.

Three items today. Bimby's chocolate cup cakes (yummy), hummous from the UK TMX book and apple puree from the UK TMX book - which has better recipes than the Aust one.

That looks delicious Robyn. This morning I've done a mango and sago dish, (will post if it's ok) and hope to do a bread recipe from recipe community.Made more pumpkin soup for DH and his tonsilitis.  Last night we had Fisherman's Pie from Dinner Spinners. Like all the recipe there it was lovely. I've posted a review of it.
