I'm doing 3 things from Quick Fix in the TMX.

Go tomato girl - aren't you sick of looking at a tomato yet  ;)

you could make this  :-))

1 1/2 ounces (1 jigger) vodka
1/2 cup tomato juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Tabasco to taste
1 celery stick for garnish
1 lemon wedge for garnish

Combine the vodka, the tomato juice, the lemon juice, the Worcestershire sauce, the Tabasco, 1 cup ice cubes, and salt and pepper to taste, shake the mixture well, and strain it into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish the Bloody Mary with the celery stick and the lemon wedge.

I made TM mayo, followed it up with coleslaw and then beetroot salad. Now I am barbecuing some snags to go with it.

We often eat late Fundj. It was warm today in the west and the temperature didn't drop very much this evening.

Dr Oz says don't eat beyond 7:30pm at night because you need 2 hours at least for your stomach to start to digest the food before you go to bed. I spose you need to go to bed a bit later accordingly. Frozzie how do you go cos I think you eat REALLY late don't you? French people apparently are notoriously slim, so maybe you can fill us in on the secret?

I feel like cooking but can't be bothered. Perhaps some strawberry icecream.

Made some coconut and cranberry cookies. About to make iced tea for DS. Then oven baked tomato and sausage risotto for dinner.

Yes rarely before 8 but even restaurants arent open until 7.30pm and thats very early to eat but people in general go to bed quite late too like around midnight.   As for diet i have found three things keep the french slim... 1 they walk everywhere and alot and enjoy it. 2. They eat very sensible proportions and never on the run but always take the time to eat and 3. They eat very light at night unless at a dinner party so mainly veg and perhaps fish but rarely bread and grains etc... Main meal is at lunch generally... The big diff that i have also found is that they dont put a large serving of e dish on the table offering everyone seconds either but present one serving and the prettier the better (presentation is just as important as taste here) oh and they do cleansing meals like natural detox.  Just comes down to what everyone already knows...eat sensibly and in proportion, eat like a pauper at night and exercise... It also takes an incredible lot of self control which i dont always have around some of the to die for food... My major weakneses are bread and patisseries... They look and taste divine... Anyway i have dismally failed at it... Lol
