Wow those photos have me almost licking the monitor. Uni the cheesecake really looks A+.

Chookie I'd love the recipe for your slimming bircher please. I love bircher in all forms.

Today I've done some bread and dinner will be Chookies quiche with a carrot and pea salad. Hopefully I'll also make something for tomorrow nights meeting at our house. Not sure what though.

I had some rhubarb hanging round so I've just mad ILB's Rhubarb and Cinnamon cake. It is lovely, but we haven't had it for ages.

I needed a quick lunch for the kids today and there was no bread in the house. I looked at the recipes on the forum for ham and cheese scrolls, but the only ones I could find had yeast in them and the kids were HUNGRY. I adapted a scone type recipe for scrolls and had them on the table in half an hour. Phew .
Tonight I made pesto with Pasta using basil from my parents garden. The kids helped pick the basil and demolished the lot. The adults in the house treated themselves to fresh peach daiquiri's also using peaches from my parents garden.

I made a carrot and snow pea salad last night and didn't like the dressing supplied so I made Hally's Green Goddess dressing. It is delicious. We had the rhubarb cake with custard last night, very enjoyable.

I made some harissa paste in readiness for a recipe being made this week.  Also some sweet & spicy capsicum relish.  :)

Bought a box of tomatoes,  seconds.  Have been making,  Bess' Tomato sauce all day.More tomorrow.    Also made 2 Second Salad,  put a dessertspoon if TMX Mayo in the bottom of the jug with juice of 1/2 lime.  Perfect for a hot day.  Also made a loaf of Malted grain bread,  TMX kneaded and cooked in bread machine. Also made yogurt , garlic and cucumber dressing to have with grilled fish.
Cookie, I  will post recipe for the Bircher's museli,  it certainly works if you want to feel full and lose weight.
Love all the beautiful food and photos.  Can't eat any of it :'(
Maddy,  that flat tray trick is great.  It allows you to control the shape of your rolls.

Tonight I made Lentil Pie from a recipe that I had in a cookbook. I converted it as I cooked making notes as I went. It is posted under the vegetarian heading here.

OH how I miss my thermie. Been out nearly everyday lately with appointments and today I take my dad to Coffs Harbour for a bone marrow test. Long drive there and back but at lest I get to see my BFF whilst I am there.

Last night we had chicken breast covered with tomato paste and wrapped in bacon sprinkled with cheese. So yummy. Vegetables steamed in Varmoa.

Have just taken cheesy puffs out of the oven which will be our lunch. Out tonight (to my friend's thermomix delivery demo  :D) so that will probably be it for today.... she says! Yesterday made JD's french onion dip & Rocket & Cashew pesto from this forum, also the Vietnamese chicken salad from Dinner Spinners, all to take to a picnic. Rave reviews, especially for the chicken salad.
