Uni I wish DW and I ate sweets like that because it looks wonderful.  I don't suppose there is a low carb/low fat zero calorie version.

Pancakes for breakfast, yesterday's rolls for lunch, and roast chicken for dinner before the weather gets hot again. Might try making stuffing & gravy in the TMX - off to do some searching of the forum!

I've made The Festive Panettone Bread & Butter Pudding again. Cecilia put me on to this and I have made it about 4 times now.
It takes bread and butter pudding to a new level.

I made Concentrated Plum Tomato Sauce (Spanish Recipe) today with some of my tomatoes and for dinner I made Cauliflower Salad with Wholegrain Mustard Sauce from Farfalina's webpage. This was very tasty.

It was CarolineW's salad she posted  here
I reserved some of the dressing, and drizzled it on top of the pear and cheese just before serving.

Very simple fundj....chookies no fuss rolls, divided dough to 12 portions, used 2 x wilton heart tins.
let the dough reach the top of heart pan with 2nd rise (just pushed dough roughly to fit in bottom of heart shape), placed a heavy tray (spraying bottom with non stick spray), and placed on top of heart tin for cooking.
......they would be perfect for valentines day!  8)

.....oh, and luckily I tasted the sprinkles before putting on the pops....they were from Target at Christmas (in a tubes and in a  stand)....and they were rancid!  :o
Don't know what made me taste them first, but luckily I did, or the whole lot would have been tossed.
