That's exactly what DD said today Katie - 'she'll always remember cooking with Grandma'.

JD it sounds like you and GD had a great day together.
I made chickpea and cashew nut curry from the Dinner Spinner App.

My kids love helping me cook to Judy, but I don't always like them to help as they leave a bigger mess than me lol. But it is rewarding to see them all excited about helping mum cook.

Made a green power shake for breakfast, broccoli and cauliflower soup for lunch, a lovely lemon cake, chookie's lemon salmon (it was yum), reheated leftover rice and veggies in the varoma, and made lemon sorbet.

As my picture shows, I've suddenly become younger :-) DD was of the opinion that her picture should be here, not mine!

Thanks for all the lovely compliments on my GD - CC commented how she looked tall for her age. She is standing on a 25cm stool I keep in the pantry which she has been using since she was a tiny tot to see what I was doing in the kitchen.
