Well I didn't cook this today but enjoyed some licorice ice cream made the other day.

Made quirky jo's green smoothie and a loaf of milk bread again to give to some relatives who really enjoyed it.

I thought it might be something healthier than sweet coulis seeing as DD is pregnant.

Tasty I have a recipe for liquorice icecream but have never made it. I love liquorice.
I'm having great fun in the kitchen today, despite it getting to 40 or so. I've made bread (semi sourdough), Chookie's  rolls, CP's capsicum dip, some parmesan crackers from Robogourmet, strawberry coulis and the bits and pieces for four salads I will make this afternoon. One of them is the Beetroot one from "In the Mix." The others are from 'Feast' so will post them if they are nice.
The swiss icecream cake is already in the freezer as is the strawberry mascarpone icecream.
I am having great fun as I know it will get eaten.
