The fresh ricotta in the strainer  is usually in a chest fridge near the deli counters next to cheeses like Parmesan and  whole Mozzarella. About $7 a kilo. Delis also sell ricotta in the strainers usually around $6 a kilo.

It is and something I didn't like until I made it myself  :P

It is from the Greek thermomix book. Is it worth posting the recipe in the Easter section?

That cake  looks great uni . Good enough to eat And real as well. The picture in the book, page 217, looks good but not real and is undercooked. I want your piece.

JD you think there was a pink filter on the camera lens or is the plate clear glass with the inevitable pink cloth under it?  Some of the photos look like the plates are on super chux  or  wettex . The photographer loves pinks and purples. Maddy and faffa would like the colours in this book.

That one is hard to pick Gretchen, you are so much more observant than me in picking all the different hues of the photos.  I will have to go through the book again tonight and specifically look at the pictures rather than read the recipes.
