I have 2 different sizes of those bread tins and would love a lid for each.  How do you work out what sized loaf the tin is?
One is 25 x 11 x 8cm deep and the other is 28 x 12 x 9.45 cm deep.  Outside measurements used here.

JD - if you're referring to the site for the no-knead people, perhaps if you open that site, go to the contact us button and either phone them (in Melbourne I think) or email them with the sizes of your tins, I should think they'll be able to help you

Wonder, I emailed them and have already heard back thanks.  I will need a 600gm & a 700gm tin lid.  Got to love quick responses like that.

Got to meet Cecilia today (actually only for a few minutes) but its great to put a face to the name.
She forgot her veggie stock concentrate for Agfest and dropped in to see if I had any. Luckily I had just a little left.
Hope she has a great day tomorrow at Agfest (although the weather doesn't look to good)

Well today I made:

Coconut milk (had just been to a few shops and forgot to buy it so had a look here for recipe and made it . . . so easy!)
Massaman curry
Mock rice
Lentil soup (non TMX)
and about to make some lactation cookies for Mothers Group tomorrow.

Just come home from the football and have visitors coming this afternoon who have 6 kids. So there will be 11 kids here today (holly cow)
But within 5 minutes of walking in the door I have a bimby chocolate cake in the oven as we speak.
It's times like this I really appreciate how quick and easy the TM is to whip up something for everyone for afternoon tea :)

Not a lot!  Am faffing around with Heston's recipes for Marmite Consomée to try out my new pressure cooker.  First time I have ever used it and am terrified :(  Will probably make do with the left over risotto from yesterday, with salad.  The whole house absolutely reeks of onions and leeks and it is too cold to open the windows >:(
