I will pour the custard over it - making arancini from left over risotto is an idea I got from you Uni.

Fundj would be the best one to answer that. i used left over risotto, roll into a ball place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the centre, flour, egg, bread crumbs and fry.

;)Gert, I still have a huge box to do something with, over 120....
Then I still have to pick the rest off the tree this week.

If you want lemons, come for a drive and meet me.

Robyn ;D

Then I will be looking for things to do with them like lemon curd and lemon pie and lemonade and i will get fatter than I am :-)) :-))

There's been a lot of talk lately about arancini, this thread gives more ideas of what to do with leftover risotto.

Gert, we could think of lemon ..... together.

I am juicing them, so i don't waste them, then into the freezer.
Boring, but I hate to waste. We must transplant the tree soon.

Great cooking day today,  made chicken wings in a spicy sauce,  rice, baked apples, large meat pie and large chicken mushroom and ham pie,  coconut pie, (used up scraps from other pies and Tenina's Apricot conserve and left over egg wash).   3 bottles of apples preserved in Microwave.Everything except the Bottled apples in the TMX.
