Amy, I have lemons everywhere at the moment.I have just juiced about 8 litres of juice this weekend, and put into the freezer.I still have about 40 lemons at home....I have a huge bush lemon tree at work, which is still loaded.My darling DH is going to dig it up, and trim it, and bring it home and transplant it next week.It always feast or famon here. My Mum loved the lemon coconut cake this morning, and lemon butter.
