So far I made a lemon coconut cake, again
Bimby chocolate cakes
lemon butter

ham and cheese scrolls are in the oven
Meat pies for lunch

still juicing lemons. ;D

I get the impression you have a lot of lemons Robyn? I often see references to lemons in your posts... :-))

I am making a variation of bread and butter pudding steamed in the varoma, which I got the recipe for from this forum. If it turns out any good I'll post photos here. If it turns out not so good I might be making my first post on Uni's Oppppps........photos thread ;D

Lunch is the soup I cooked yesterday. Can't wait :D :D

;D ;D ;D Amy, I have lemons everywhere at the moment.
I have just juiced about 8 litres of juice this weekend, and put into the freezer.

I still have about 40 lemons at home....
I  have a huge bush lemon tree at work, which is still loaded.
My darling DH is going to dig it up, and trim it, and bring it home and transplant it next week.

It always feast or famon here. My Mum loved the lemon coconut cake this morning, and lemon butter.

I have just made 12 meat pies, and a huge family size is in the oven.
We have friends coming over later for a seafood feast.

Made 9 jars of crabapple jelly (and still have kilos of crabapples on the tree so I think I will be sick of the sight of them before the next couple of weeks are through), a bit pot of chilli / vege stew and Roasted Tomato soup using balsamic vinegar.  That should keep us fed for a day or two!

Blimey! That is a lot of lemons  :o :o :o :o :o
Would be a shame if none of your family liked lemon... :-\

I just had my chicken soup. Three bowls of it. Soooooo good ;D
The varoma steamed pudding turned out pretty good too. If anyone is interested I can post the recipe. Check out photos below.

Maddy you make my cooking seem so boring. You definately need to open a bakery. Not near me though or I would need to go on Biggest Loser. Come to think of it, I already need to.

5 x individual serves of instant cinnamon and walnut porridge that I take to work for breakfast - just add hot water!

Hi snappy, do you have a recipe for that? Sounds yummy and easy :)

I do Amy.  I'm away with work at the moment and limited Internet access but will post it this week

Spent the weekend helping DD1 move into her new house.  Poor DW working like a Trojan all weekend including mother's day. Nothing but left overs and takeaway all weekend.

Looking forward to doing some cooking this week.

Maddy I think you need to do a desserts and decorating cooking class - your desserts always look amazing.

Today I made lamb feta burgers that Hally converted and they are such a simple and tasty recipe.

Also had to use some wonton wrappers by today so made some pork dumplings with thai dipping sauce found on the opies blog. Love trying new recipes and it even has a recipe for making your own wonton wrappers.
