fundj - what is that delicious pie/tart you made? It is making my mouth water.

Today I plan on cooking:
EDC Banana, Date and Walnut Bread
Frozzies French Mayonnaise (to use up the 2 egg yolks)
Weetbix and choc chip Slice
Varoma Bread

At the moment I have corned beef in the slow cooker and will make mashed potato (TMX) and steam some vegies. I will re heat the honey mustard sauce I cooked the other night to pour over it.

Will make some orange and pineapple juice too. Do es anyone know how long that lasts in the fridge for? Was going to make a big batch for the week.

Thanks

Love the way you have decorated it Uni - that's better than putting the fruit on the inside with the cream.  Good thinking  ;)

Have just made the Easy Apple Teacake to take out to the grand kids this afternoon.  It's almost cooked and smells yummy.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Hi everyone, I have been missing from the forum for awhile, just popping in here and there for a quick look. I have lots of pages to catch up on and don't think I will be reading them much this side of Christmas.

Today I made 2 lots of vanilla slice ( one for someone else), fruit buns, loaf of bread, choc chip cookies, cheese and bacon rolls, date and walnut loaf, coconut jam slice, egg and bacon pie and some lamination muffins. Also will be making pizza for tonight.

Hope everyone is well and looking after them self.

Yes I am still here Hally, just that life seems to be so busy lately I haven't had a lot of time to get on the forum. I'm just waiting for my bread to finish cooking so I thought I would take a few minutes to pop in before I go and mow my lawns.
TM has been just as busy as usual preparing most of the food we consume.
