Made a batch of maddy's bacon & cheese rolls this morning for some workers I have here laying artificial turf in the back yard - went down a treat with them. Will probably be having Chelsea's Prawn Linguini spaghetti for tea.

Two batches of the Banana cake with Cream Cheese frosting.
One as a large cake, Other batch made 15 large muffins that are still in the oven.  Smells good.
Plus still peeling and splitting the last of my 40kg of bananas to dry.
The house smells like baked and caramelised banana.

Any more ideas to use them?  I have about 10 left that won't fit in the dehydrator.
And we don't really like banana icecream...

Just freeze them RB and use them in smoothies and juices - I am so far behind in posts, you have probably already done that  :D

Put a pop stick up the middle.
Dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with  nuts. then freeze on a tray with baking paper.

Just like a banana ice block.

Or whiz up and freeze for smoothies, cakes like I do.

Do you freeze in portions?  Like 1 cup , two bananas?
I stick any over-ripe bananas in the freezer to use for cakes while still in their skins.  Bit disgusting to peel later  :P
Frozen portions would be much simpler.
Thanks Robyn.
They are peeled and in the fridge at present.  Will pop them into TC and give them all a spin.   ;)

:) Rosie, I usually freeze about 2 cups of whizzed up banana in a snap lock bag, flat in the freezer.
That is then used for cakes or muffins.

I also have a big tupper ware container of frozen banana for when I want to make heaps in one day.
We have 3 bunches of bananas about ready to pick now.

Had a new cast put on today and now know why I was so itchy, under the cast where they left a band aid I obviously had a reaction to the band aid which left a red blister looking thing the size of a 50cent piece. I so wanted to scratch it but I would of made it worse. Ouch. (thought I was just being a sook lol)

5 weeks and 1 day to go......sigh..... :)

Dede you poor thing. My brother had a major chest operation and told the medical staff he was allergic to most bandaids and stuff. They forgot and he was in agony from the itching and blisters and lumps, so I can imagine how your poor leg must feel. Is the new cast any easier to manage?
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

So far so good Cookie, although my foot is pointing down a bit more than before so it's a bit harder to take weigh of my other leg. At least I don't feel like ripping of the cast just to have a scratch :)

I made Tenina's spiced plum & almond pastries from her blog.  Just need to get the presentation better, but loved how it tasted.  :)

Julie o.  That looks yummy

Mandi.  You poor thing.  That would have been horrible.  Did they treat it?  And recover the patch?  Hope it heals up ok.

I made Chocolate ice-cream.  Again.  LOL.  It is a regular now.
