I made a chicken and chorizo casserole.. I used the thermo chef to prepare the ingredients, but cooked it in my new pressure cooker in no time at all. I converted my husband's family's recipe  for Parkin. It turned  out really well. I forget how nice it is, but I need a couple more tweaks and then I will post the recipe.

I made Farfalina's Healthy Cookies.  They are pretty tasty and sweet considering there is no sweetener in them.  They do have a strong banana taste and would make a very healthy option to replace muesli or snack bars.

Having a go at maddy's chocolate hot cross buns.
Follow up - These were amazing, huge though so we shared one.  Even DH enjoyed his half - he won't eat fruit buns so looks like we have a winner here.  Thanks maddy.

A little boy at the school taped on my back today and said "excuse me, what did you do to your leg?"
So I explained to him what I did, then I started to walk away and he tapped on my back again
He said " and don't do it again"
"I will try not too" I replied back.

Lol. I love the way kids think.
Not sure what he will think when I have the other leg done ;)

So it is not just men who have a bad habit of not going to doctors and thinking it will go away.  Get well Uni, I had a chest infection last year that I left toolong and it turned inot Bronchitas. You don't want that to happen it took me ages to get back to normal.
