And as for the fudgy wudgy biscuits they are great, I have made them several times now. For school I leave out the nuts, but the kids still love them. Worth trying (yum yum) :)
Is this recipe posted? I really want to try them. Anything that is fudgy and wudgy is my cup of tea.

I made the Classic Lemon Tart - which is amazing. Just the right amount of lemon sharpness. You can find the recipe here http://simonesthermomixessentials.wordpress.com/2011/07/19/thermomix-classic-lemon-tart/

JD how do you think Tenina's Thai chicken stacks up against Nico's dish - which is on the list but I havent got around to trying!

I've just done a review of Tenina's LMT and funnily enough, I did compare it with Nico's as his was my favourite Thai chicken recipe.  Tenina's is different but as nice so I will alternate between the 2 of them depending on whether I have some coriander in the house.

I don't have much luck with it Robyn, have bought 2 plants recently and lost both.  Have only ever had one really successful batch and that was when I first set up my herb garden. I'm going to wait until the weather cools a bit then try again.

Had leftover pumpkin from my Varoma demo so made pumpkin soup from EDC, also choc chip cookies. Haven't bought a packet of sweet biscuits since I've had the TMX - just need to learn to make rice crackers and then I can avoid the biscuit aisle completely!
Creamy tuna pasta bake from QFITT for dinner tonight.

Made another cobb loaf today and then a batch of jam drops using the basic biscuit mixture.  Chow mein for dinner tonight or  better known in our house as green meat.  A terrible name I know but this is what eldest DS called it when he was a little tacker and the name has just stuck.  Tastes good no matter what you call it.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
