Lactation cookies are YUM. I could eat them all the time. They are very similar to an Anzac biscuit with the added ingredient of brewers yeast (the secret ingredient which boosts supply!).

http://www.bellybelly.com.au/breastfeeding/breastmilk-supply-increase-breastmilk-lactation-cookie-recipe

I lived on them when I was trying to establish my milk supply.  Sadly, as DS2 is now eighteen months I'm facing the daunting task of giving up BF'ing.  :(. I'm sure I could eat lactation cookies for the next few years in the hope that if I had a DS3 he would have plenty of milk!  ;D

Ooh  DashingDen I can commiserate with that! Chilis and delicate bits don't mix 😳. Pity DW isn't keen on chili as I would think a spicy quinoa stew would be great ( haven't tried it yet). Our chili plants are still fruiting well so lots to enjoy (although DH's use of naga chili can be a bit 'confronting').

Putting your African stew on the to do list

I had a workmate who learned that yu must wash your hands before using the toilet when eating chillies.

i like confronting with chilli.

I haven' modified the recipe yet but when I made the Afircan Quinoa Stew Last night I reduced the water to 500gms as the last time I made it I felt it was too wet.

I made Curried Sweet Potato Soup to take to my swim meet today. It was a big hit. I will post the recipe a bit later. I am now making  pizza for DW and I.  Converted my old favorite dough recipe in to the TM. It is rising under the fire right now.

I've done very little cooking in the last week. A couple of lots of rice custard for the friends up here who gave us crab etc when we first arrived and steamed vegies a couple of nights and that's about it. We didn't bring the oven with us this time as we carry a boat on the roof of the car and then need the outboard, all the safety gear and a fold up trailer for it. There is very little room for extras.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Lovely looking loaves DroverJess and Hally. Hally - I wouldn't've picked it as a multigrain loaf.

I am hoping to try a new bread this week but also trying to cut out carbs  :-))

Oh and I also tried converting a recipe for lamb stir fry with veges. It turned out pretty good and is healthy. Will make a few tweaks for future as the original recipe did not explain much.
