It looked lovely when it came out of the oven, as you can probably see from the photo, but it was really doughy in the middle I followed the recipe exactly, so not sure why that happened.Amy I had the same problem when I have made EDC Cape Sead bread.Today I made New York Rye bread and a roast of beef with roast vegies.

Amy - love reading your comments! Always so interesting and full of enthusiasm! Keep it up! Btw, how did the milo taste compared to normal milo. I have been meaning to make this for ages but still haven't got around to it. Soup looks lovely too!
Uni - your scones look great and I have often heard the lemondade scone recipe is so simple but one of the best. We had scones while out today at a cafe and they were fat and crumbly (we had to pay for them too and weren't impressed).
Not much cooking here atm. Working full time, Saturdays is swimming then grocery shopping. Leaves me Sunday to whip up some muffins and a slice for school lunches as well as wash clothes and clean house. I need a MAID.Feeling yukky atm so last night we just had raisin toast for tea
