Well done, Amy. They look beautiful! And for such a great cause, too. My cousin was recently diagnosed with an I curable form of cancer recently so I'm all for cancer fundraising. I might contact my local cancer council next week and find out if they have any fundraising events happening that I can help with. I love baking, it'd be great to bake for such a rest cause! Thanks for the inspiration Amy.

11pm and I have finally finished the cleaning up from my bake-fest :P

I have ended up with:
56 M&M Choc Chip Biscuits (I think these will definitely sell well)
35 Caramel Chip Biscuits (These came out lovely and brown)
28 Fudgy Walnut Browines (I freaked out about these because I didn't take into account the amount of oil in the walnuts, so I had to drain them on paper towel to get all the excess oil off them. Unfortunately one tray didn't make it, which is why there aren't as many of these as there are other things :'()
44 Triple Choc Brownies (These turned out really good too)
45 Double Choc Biscuits (These were a impulse bake. I had lots of flour, sugar, cocoa and choc chips leftover from my baking stock-up shop, so I figured I might as well make something else.

Amy, you're an inspiration!!  Thank you!  Some of the older children at school are having a "Bake Day" to raise funds for Monica's Doggie Rescue in Sydney http://www.doggierescue.com.au/

I've been putting together a small file of suggestions and these will be fabulous!  I'll make these the day before - and these and a couple of cakes will be my contribution to a very worthy effort.  Thanks again! :D

Great job Amy, give yourself a pat on the back for your efforts.

Gosh you girls cook a lot of cakes and biscuits - I suppose I would too if someone would eat them.  I have been clearing out the freezer of all the bits and pieces of cake and the biscuit barrel is almost empty but I found a roll of dough in the freezer so will use that up to get rid of it.

Thank you everyone for your extremely kind and encouraging comments :-* :-* :-* I have just made an extra tray of the caramel chip cookies and am hoping they will cool quickly so I can pack them up. Heading off to fundraiser in less than an hour and don't want the cookies sweating in containers... :-\

@ Chookie, I would love to share my baking with you :D

@ Goldfish, thats great to hear! ;D

Amy love your cooking, fantastic job :)

Thanks Hally :-* I actually used cookie1's M & M Choc Chip Cookie recipe from this forum. I did a couple of things differently, so I'm going to post on that thread. I still haven't figured out how to add links to posts, but the recipe is in the cakes section. I'm sure Judy will some to my rescue and attach the link for me... because she's so wonderful... ;D

Just made a bimby vanilla cake, not sure what I did wrong though as its not very high? Look fine but flatter than normal. (now did I use self raising flour or plain? :( )
Oh well onto making sausage rolls next.

Having a bad cooking day already.
Out of cocoa and only a bit of white sugar left.
Had to add Choc chips to brownie to make up for cocoa. Hope it turns out OK.
Back to the drawing board.
