:D :D :D  It isn't too fattening Chookie. No good for your visitors though but DH might like it - I find men do like this sort of dessert.

You have all been so busy. Amy your cooking marathon was wonderful. That lady sounds horrid.

would you believe my DH has made himself another rice custard. We added stewed apple and sultanas to it this time.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Amiess, dont be upset by the awful woman, she was just horrid, you  are going to get a few like that. Just think if she needs a bag filled up with goodies for a gold coin, how sad is her life. Fill it up, smile & say Enjoy.

There are some wretched people out there.

Hugs

Amy what a great job!  I'm sure the Cancer Council will really appreciate that money -$140 is quite a lot!

I've made some spiced Guinness jam tonight and as I'm not a beer drinker I'm surprised how delicious it tastes, kind of like mulled wine.

I made some panini rolls tonight to have with some soup my dad bought me to have for lunch at work tomorrow.

Thanks Amy. I would like to take the credit, but the bread machine does all the work! Lol

And every cent does make a big difference. It all adds up. One day well have a cure for this hideous disease.

I really, truly, sincerely hope so. It is a horrible thing.

Going to try these in the TMX - I can just see them filled with a BBQ'd sausage, caramelized onion and tomato sauce.
