Hally, I am very impressed with your professional looking wontons - what's in them?  Clever girl.

Pork mince, corriander, sring onion, soya sauce, think i put ginger in not sure, but ginger goes in my broth & a chilli. I still have 1/2 the mixture in the fridge which I will stir fry & serve with bok choy & bean sprouts. It was meant to be mine & dh dinner tonight but as hes going to the match he can have it for lunch.

In between trying to redesign a website, get a 16/17 year old to pack his blasted bag and running around getting jocks, socks, shoes etc....I've made bread and currently have dough for savoury flatbreads rising in the microwave.  I'm LOVING the proofing function on my new microwave and even happier now I've worked out that it takes 1/2 size & 2/3 size steam pans so I can snitch extra trays from work.

I've only made ricotta & spinach gnocchi today, had the sauce in the freezer - easy day for me  ;)  Might make some custard later to go with dessert as we are only having soup for tea.

I'm now making crumb steak and veges, as my DH ate the leftovers I was planning on for lunch....
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

A friend dropped off her waffle maker so had to give it a try! Made the buttermilk waffles from here. (Trying out my new linking skills thanks to dede.)
Waffles are yum, will be serving them as Brekkie the morning after the slumber party.

I make a pile every so often and freeze them for a quick treat for the grandkids - the machine then gets packed away until next time.

Congrats on learning how to link  ;)
