I was planning to make cheese but I think I've caught my stepfathers cold so I might avoid making anything that my germs could mature in.  I've bought more trays for my microwave so some more melting moments and lamingtons are on the list.  I want to do some more work on an apple core quilt so I might do that and make some ciabatta that can rise while I am sewing.

I scored about 15KG of tomatoes for $3 (gotta love living in the Lockyer Valley where a lot of produce is grown) so I'm manically making every conceivable tomato sauce known to man. I have some dry roasting in the oven to later blitz into sauce for bolognese and pizza topping, in the TMX is HP sauce and later this afternoon I'm making up a batch of ketchup. We had some on pizza for lunch, my one and a half year old keeps helping himself to them on the side (oh my, the nappy  :-\) and they're pretty much used up!

Only cooking I've done today is the chocolate sauce from the EDC to go with waffles for slumber party breakfast. Leftovers for lunch, more leftovers with Mac & cheese from the freezer for dinner. I need a nap!

Love all the wonderful things Members have been cooking. ;D  Must be feeling better as we have been living on chicken soup and BB on toast.
Bottled 4 small bottles of Apples in the Microwave..I have posted the process ages ago how to do this.  It is based on a book, called, '5 minute Microwave Bottling" ,  by Isabel Webb.
Made Chookie's Novel Apple Pud.   Posted when i first joined the Forum.  I had forgotten how easy and nice this is.  I just peeled and cored the apples and cut them into chunks, 1/8ths. Covered with the mix and baked at 200 C for 30 mins.
Reheats well in oven or MW.  Served with cream.

Not much cooking today. Been catching up on housework

Have made Smartie Pants Cookies for DS lunchbox and Chocolate Weetbix Slice. Just finishing the Mexican Bake for dinner tomorrow night.

Tonight we are having Nigellas Ritzy Nuggets using cornflake crumbs, with chips are veges. Feel like something quick and naughty for dessert.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

We must have been on the same brain wavelength today berringamababe! Roast pork for us too ;D

Also the soup and apple crumble. Yum :D And yes, the pork is just as enormous as I said it was. And that was the smallest they had in WW :o
