Thanks Astarra ;D

I used a recipe from a Women's Weekly cookbook, but since I doubled it and converted it for TM I made a few adaptions ;)

Thanks girls :D

They don't have a pastry base, mainly because I'm so health conscious but also because it was 10pm and I couldn't be bothered making pastry from scratch :-))

Absolutely I will post the recipe Astarra! I would love to share it with you :-*

I've just put ciabatta in the microwave to proof and I'm taking a sewing break for an hour before I put dinner on.

My TC has felt neglected for the past two days, so I remedied it today. I made chocolate ripple biscuits, with less sugar and nuttelex than the original recipe. A couple of minutes after I put them in the oven, I could smell burning biscuits. My oven's dials are not very clear, and I had the top grill on. Luckily I trusted my nose, changed the oven setting and moved the biscuits from the top shelf to the bottom shelf and vice versa. They have turned out OK and DD tells me that the slightly burnt on top ones taste the best!
I also made milo for the first time. It has a 5 out of 6 success rating - fussy DS didn't like it, but everyone else does.
I have also made up my Crio Bru porridge mix ready for breakfasts next week, and TC helped with the potato and leek soup that's in the PC now.
The lighting is no good in this photo, but you can see how the tops of some of the biccies are burnt!

Wow Craftymum you have been busy. I have been a bit slack on the cooking side lately with being sick before then going crazy cleaning the house. Back to a normal routine today. Just about to start cooking.
