Shepherds pie using left over roast beef and some ginger nuts. I think I ate at least 3 biscuits worth of dough while cooking them.

Don't know whether to make varoma bread or Tenina's soft buttermilk rolls.
Although after reading DD's post, gingernut biscuits sound good too.

No cooking today apart from dinner. Taking DS to the movies to see Ice Age 4 today. Something quick for dinner.
My vanilla cake with passionfruit frosting was delicious. I used the Quicker than a Packet Cake recipe from here.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

First time I made it. I usually make ILB chocolate cake but wanted something different. The Passionfruit icing topped it off nicely.

Breadcrumbs, parm cheese, garlic, nap sauce, pesto and olive tapenade

I always start with the 1st 4 ingredients then i add whatever is  hanging around  :-))
