Small lollies which Deb ordered online - the remainder of the sweets were the old faithfuls - Rara's cherry bites, tim tam balls, rocky road etc.  Did not have to do the cheesecakes this round - just macaroons but all were a hit!.  Judy this is definitely not a chosen change in 'career' path, but it certainly adds a hectic dimension to a week.   :)  :)

Johnro - that table just looks gorgeous!!  You may not have chosen the new career path . . . but it certainly looks as though it has chosen you!!!    :D

Thank you for the lovely comments - Maddy I wish all the glassware was mine - just the tall ones, the wedding planner supplied the remainder  :)  :) While all containers had covers,  :( some guests still accessed in the lead up to the meal - despite me putting sticking tape to keep away greedy fingers, very mean I know but this was the desserts!!!  :)

It was rude Robyn - I find hunger pangs does bring out the worst in people's manners.  Lock and key will be the only answer next time!

This might help you Robyn, my consultant emailed it to me a while ago but I haven't tried it, avocados too expensive here! My friend had tried it, her hubby didn't realise there was avocado in it, he hates them, but thought this was yum.

Chocolote Mousse.  (This sounds weird but trust me it is devine!)

5 Avocados
1 1/4 cup of Agave
1/2 cup of Water
1 cup of Cacao powder
                                       METHOD
- Cut avocados in half and remove the seeds, scoop out into food processor
- Add the agave, cacao powder, water, process until thick, creamy and evenly mixed.
- Spoon out into glass pie pan, garnish with fresh fruit, blueberries, raspberries, cherries.
- Put in the fridge to chill. This will be ready in 20 minutes.

Great for desert or to accompany a slice of raw chocolate pie. (Coming soon)

Note
You can adjust the amount of agave or cacao powder to suit your tastes, the more agave you add the sweeter it gets, the more cacao you add the darker it gets.
This specific recipe made a decadent, rich, creamy chocolate mousse.

(It also looks like I use a lot more than 5 avocados, we had a whole lot stored in the fridge, had to sort the good from the bad, only use ripe avocados)

Made a cake for DS to take to school to celebrate book week and that he got one of the lead roles in the school production. Rather make the cake of a book we made his production script, I'm crazy for going to so much trouble but he will be very proud taking it to school tomorrow. Also made cookies and cream cupcakes for their lunch boxes and will be doing pot roast beef for tea with roast veggies and cauliflower with awesome cheese sauce from this site. Exhausted after a big night last night.

Yummy Deedub, thank you.

Its feast or famon here in this house.

So often we get given a box of fruit, veges, excess  from a farmer, and I have to find how to cook/freeze it.

Just picked another big bunch of bananas off our tree today. ;) ;) ;)
