Today I converted a recipe for sourdough blueberry muffins.  Trying to find more ways to use my wonderful sourdough starter!  Recipe posted in cakes thread.

Also cooked Nan's Country Curry Tuna Slice to go with salad for dinner, and made a fruit salad for dessert.  Also made a double batch of chocolate icecream.

Katie, that curry sounds superb! Have you made it before? Lamb Saag (lamb and spinach curry) is one of our favourite Indian dishes. I wonder if it's similar. Might have to look out for this recipe book.   ;D

No I haven't made it before - we are having it for dinner tomorrow night, so I'll come back then and let you know how it was.

I've only just got this book and this is the first thing I've made from it.  My DH has put tags on quite a few recipes he wants to try.
