I couldn't wait for tea, had to try one.   Really nice.  Would be nice in a sandwich or roll for lunch.  Healthy too

i also made some Hummus and bake chips the chips i made yesterday were still very crispy, after 24 hours taking them to BBQ 2night with the hummus and 2 of the cakes


Have fun at the BBQ Uni :)

Great news Rosie.

QJ's chicken a big hit. Made 300 gm rice quantity. Got enough to reheat tomorrow after work for two.

My impossible lemon pie is better cold I've decided.
 
I possibly impossibly cooked the impossible pie possibly too impossibly long.
