Look what I have found :) so just make the tortillas in TM as usual & turn them into taco shells

Make Your Own Baked Taco Shells
Working with 6 tortillas at a time, wrap in a barely damp cloth or paper towel and microwave on High until steamed, about 30 seconds. Lay the tortillas on a clean work surface and coat both sides with cooking spray. Then carefully drape each tortilla over two bars of the oven rack. Bake at 375°F until crispy, 7 to 10 minutes.

Did something dangerous. Made lemon curd and have spent the morning with a spoon in the jar ops, now I feel a little bit sugar overloaded

I did that the other day too Berringamababe.  I felt guilty eating it straight from the jar so then started mixing it with yoghurt, although the ratio was probably 80% lemon curd to 20% yoghurt.  It was soooooo good.  Love lemon curd.

I've made 6 egg & bacon pies + 2 leftover mince.  Going to a carers' meeting today and have a friend coming to sit with Geoff so needed something quick and easy that I could cook in advance (I prefer the egg & bacon pies cold or at room temp) as I have to be gone by 12.20.  I added some caramelised onion in with the bacon to give them a real flavour boost.

Hally I had shredded pork tacos in Hawaii a couple of years ago and can still remember how good they tasted - or it could have been the margheritas I was drinking that made them taste soo good.
