Evening everyone.

Tonight I made faffa_70's Curried Sausages recipe. It is delicious. The only thing I would change next time I make it is I would cut the sausage into bigger 'bits' as I found it broke up a little bit too much.

Can highly recommend this, lovely......

(Note:  I would put the link in to the recipe except I haven't worked out how to do that just yet).

Very windy wet day here in Perth today so perfect day for cooking. This afternoon I have done Jamies slow cooked pork and veges with Jo's tmx gravy, Paleo Apple Tart (with peacan crust) from Elenas pantry, Chocolate Chip bikkies and a raw Christmas pudding (which I made into little balls) from Teresa Cutters site.

Today I made Mac & cheese for our dinner, a 'cheats' raspberry icecream for the kids as an after school snack, and some rogan josh paste. Going to be very hot here tomorrow so I won't be cooking anything then!

Deedub, I like the sound of cheat's ice cream....how do you do it?

Got home from work tonight and made Nay Nay's scones, Tenina's Strawberry & Vanilla Bean Jam, Tenina's Cirtus Curd & JohnRo's Cookies & Vream fudge.....phew, let's hope it all goes down well for morning tea tomorrow!

Mmmm CreamPuff, root vege mash sounds like a plan, we also have leftovers, though son & DH may well take it for lunch tomorrow.
