Yes gas is the only way to go as far as I am concerned Uni - quick and instant  ;)

Mum is nicer than me Uni, she never loses her cool  :-))

Love my weber q, using it tonight to cook some steaks.
Only thing I've cooked today is some Happy Hally bread, too hot to cook.

Made the Gentleman's Relish today and for dinner we had the Zucchini and Rice pie. It was very tasty.
I used Borg's puff pastry this time instead of Pampas. I found it much nicer. Has anyone else used Borg's?

I made a baked cheesecake Yesterday. It was my first conversion but I'm not posting the recipe yet because it needs some tweaking.  I'm making it again for christmas so hopefully I will be satisfied with the result and will share it then.

It is originally from the Cake Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum and is the Cordon Rose Cream cheesecake with a berry coulis swirled through it and her Winter Blueberry Topping on top

Tasted great but it wasn't as good as usual.  The sides stuck to the tin and that has never happened before when I've made this.  You usually get that nice thick edge on a baked cheesecake.  The top was ok as you can see in the picture before I put the topping on

Yes stumbled onto it a few years ago and prefer it over others. Lovely in sausage rolls. Strangely only woollies sell it here not Coles.
