I made Nigella's "Spruced Up Vanilla Cake" in the TM today, was so easy to do.  Will give the link to the recipe for anyone interested.

I just made the white chocolate fudge from further up this thread, another batch of ginger nuts and the patty cakes I was supposed to make yesterday. We are going to cook the turkey soon.
