I haven't made nuts & bolts yet, but those pictures have inspired me.

Today is a good day for breadmaking here so I have two batches of no fuss dough rising...not sure what I'll do with them yet.....

I've made a double batch of Tenina's caramelised garlic paste and fixed a double batch of sweet chilli sauce I had made for my hampers which I discovered in time was too thick.  I made another batch, cooked it a bit less than the recipe stated then mixed it with the first lot.  It is now perfect and I now have 9 jars all up.

Too hot and humid to do anything except dinner. I am over summer. Bring on winter. :-)) :-)) :-))

Have just made another ice cream. Coffee this time.  Same base, 3/4 cup raw caster, 250 milk , 500 cream, slosh of vanilla.  Churned and some Coffee syrup swirled through, when in dish for freezer.

We had this fabulous cheese pizza yesterday in an Italian restaurant in Haberfield and I decided to replicate it. So yummy. Use the TMX to chop equal quantities of 4 different cheeses...bococcini. Mozzarella, smoked provolone and Gorgonzola. Smear over pizza base, a bit of olive oil  and cook.

We reckon it will be lovely with drinks.
