It still amazes me that I can make sourdough bread (all thanks to Chookie - with her starter and great advice ).Hally - we have only just bought a charcoal rotisserie and today is only the second time we've used it (the first time was last week and we couldn't even get the charcoal to light!). We have our L-plates on here too I don't really know how much it weighed, how long it cooked and I didn't think to take a photo.We are going to try a chicken or beef on it next weekend.
