Uni, how long did you cook the 1 rise no-fuss bread please.  You said 4 15 mins, did you mean 4-5 mins?

Mab19, great cooking yesterday.  How did your roasted beetroot recipe go?

JD I guessed Uni means for 15 mins..   ( 4 = for)

I may be wrong.

I have the urge to bake these now but have no eggs.  Shops open in an hour so once I've done my shopping, I'll see if I still have that urge  ;)

Uni... As usual the pav roll and the bread look really super! I use picasa but haven't done what you did with the photos... Might seek instruction on that ;)

Those cupcakes look yummy Amy.
Your lamingtons look great too Maddy, I love your 'styling'  :)

Brunch went well,
Corn fritters with bacon
Poached eggs using poachies...easy but not quite as 'pro' looking as I had hoped
Roasted tomatoes with thyme
Sour cream loaf (rising now)

I am new to this forum and to Thermomix so hope I can tell you what I made yesterday and today? I got a bit carried away because of the terrible rain and wind we are having! Yesterday I made plain scones in seconds, easy chocolate cake and chocolate ganache to go on top (and everywhere else including my mouth!) and then potato rosti to go with dinner. The recipe I used was off the forum not the one in the recipe book which didn't work for me, but this one was great. Today I made the biscuit base for Lime tartlets for dessert tonight. They are all amazing and so quick. Just love my machine who I have erroneously called "Gordon"!!
