I was busy snow shoveling, made vegan celery root soup, tacos with no-tuna salad, millet pudding and raw cranberry apple sauce. I still have to bake a marble cake for tomorrow.
You are going great guns there Jojo. Can you please tell me how thinly you have to roll out those macadamia parmesan wafer thingys (obviously wafer thin?), how big was the cutter you used and how many does a batch make. I wish they would put this information in the recipe books.
I got my thermomix yesterday and have been taking it for a test run ever since. So far we have tried mango sorbet, creme brulee, pasta fagioli, beetroot salad, sundried tomato & capsicum dip, vanilla and chocolate milkshakes & mixed berry smoothies. Consequently my stomach is so full that I have to rest for a few hours to make space for some dinner. Its ravioli tonight with a bolognese sauce!
