DJ is your pressure cooker listed on this site?  They have a lot of seals for pressure cookers.

I have a tray of spearmint brownies in the oven. If they turn out good I'll post the recipe :D

And I suddenly remembered to put the lamb roast in the slow cooker so let's hope it is lovely and tender by dinner time :)

Amy's little quiches success
golden syrup cake tastes delicious but stuck to the pan so now it's going to have custard piled on top and called dessert not afternoon tea ::)
and after that failure I'm out of the kitchen. ......;D

No cooking today other than BBQ dinner, too hot. Can't remember when we last had temp below 30, a teensy bit over it! Luckily have freezer full of meals, no need to cook.

made  caremalised onion and mushroom tart. I tried the shortcrust pastry from EDC for the first time, very easy to handle and roll out. Made the carrot and coriander soup from EDC with a few extras to give it more taste, love the combination of ginger carrot and coriander
