Yum Judy and ES. DH asked for beef and Guinness pies MF. Told him too hot, maybe in winter. Better not tell him you are making them Not sure about chocolate. Am happy but not doing cartwheels just yet. Used agave as sweetener and it makes a strong tasting dark chocolate. Reminds me of bought dark choc. Maybe a good baking chocolate. So...today I used quirky Jo's almost raw chocolate recipe which uses rapadura. Must say very impressed. Not as smooth as yesterday's batch but a milder chocky taste. A better eating chocolate indeed.
