Maddy those pictures are just too cute!

I've made a mojito cheesecake for dessert tomorrow (the kids can eat their eggs!).  I changed the recipe up a bit to make one large one that can be sliced so hopefully it will work out and set?

Yum chookie. We have a cafe down the road that does those, plus gorgeous mini profiteroles, and other bite sized treats.

CC and CP,  a very generous friend gave me the tray in which you make the base. You could put any filling in the little case.   Delicious little morsels.

Chookie I love your little tarts - great gift.

I wanted to cook some of the vegies that are filling my fridge tonight when I got home.  Made a vegie pasta sauce and a vegie au gratin plus another batch of capsicum jam for my SIL who joins me most days at the hospital.  It's relaxing and good therapy being in the kitchen with my TMX for the first time in a week.

DJ the bread looks fantastic.

Maddy your sweets look great and I love the little peter rabbit decoration.

Chookie that is a nice looking mini lemon meringue pie. I like the ide of little sweets like that. Just a little something to finish with.

Today so far I have made a sour dough loaf and Aunt Bea's Chicken (it is a family favorite that DD has requested) I have posted the recipe in the non TM section and linked it . DW has made some patty cakes and I am going to make some salmon zucchini muffins.

Cooking can be very good therapy JD.

Delicious looking food.
I didn't cook anything except dinner tonight. I made 4 jellies for the stained glass window dessert and they are in the fridge. Lots of cooking tomorrow I hope.

Cooking is such a great distraction - it's very therapeutic.
