Easy to do in the thermomix maddy - love the sound of this.  Saw a similar recipe where it was served on crostini and topped with a slice of Brie.

Yummo Maddy, I think it certainly deserves its own thread.

Jamberie, did you get thermie out of the cupboard.

Robyn, thermie has been out of the cupboard to make a risotto, and then straight back in! I feel a bit sad about it being in the cupboard! Seriously though it is the best thing when trying to keep the oven and hotplates clean for open houses!

I could never put my 2 thermys in the cupboard. ;)

Yes, much easier to wash a bowl than clean a oven.

I haven't noticed any TMX's on the benches now that we are house hunting. Did see one on Selling Houses Australia.

I've just decided to see which vegies need using up and have popped them into the oven to roast for 40 minutes before turning them into vegie stock concentrate.  When I go to DD's for tea tomorrow night she will be getting a jar of nice home made stock concentrate.  Roasting the vegies for 40 mins makes such a difference to the flavour of the recipe in MWOC.
