I made yet another Boston Bun with my remaining mashed potato - this one with shredded dried apricots and craisins. Also made pumpkin and feta mini pasties as per recipe on here for lunch :)

Some bread and pizza bases for tonight. DDis making pickled chillies as we have heaps of chillies in the garden.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Today I've made pancakes, one minute bread, ILB chocolate cake, chewy chocolate slice & macaroni & cheese. Extra kids staying over tonight 😉.

uni, where are you?!?!?

Tried to make jumbo pasta shells, just couldnt get the technique with the knife & the roll.

 Both boys loved helping with the rolling:)

So these are what I thought of, now drying.


Have ricotta on the go in Tm atm to fill them with ricotta & spinach :)

Once I fill them & pinch together, hopefully will be good :)

Yum hally they look delish... Need to get my mojo back... Need to make so e bread and scrolls for lunches and a fudge cake for dh and some biscuits.. Sick of buying industrial stuff but havent had time until now..

Yesterday made maddys pistachio and rice salad, the salad on back of changs noodle packet and the root vegetable salad im sure i posted .. And marinated meats for bbq.. Easy and delish

Think will also cook corn beef to do amys zucchini cheese and bacon quiches but use corned beef like last time as it was yum and i dont like bacon.. Better get a wriggle on lol
