I saw that recipe and really wanted to do it myself but don't have any cashews at the moment. Can't wait to try it.

It's lovely brummington. Can't taste the avocado so didn't bother telling the kids what was in it. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

GF, those dumplings look divine. Usually several women get together to make them.

That would make for a nice day of us thermomix girls getting together to make dumplings. Just as well we have our TMX's as I wouldn't fancy 10 minutes of hand kneading.  :D

sounds a great idea Michelle.

We should pick one dish, then make it, and post the photos.. ( on the same day)

Yesterday I made apricot & coconut choc chip cookies, and hungarian goulash from the EDC for dinner + freezer. Today I've made CADA for breakfast and a batch of Uni's 1 hour rolls to go with our soup tonight which I've taken out of the freezer. That's how it goes with my freezer... something goes in, something else comes out, something goes in etc. etc.  ;D

Great looking food Julia, especially the scrolls.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
