So far today I have made apple and date porridge, followed by a date and lime cake. I'm now writing an essay for uni (well I'm supposed to be  :D), so will "reward" myself with more cooking time later today :)

Made some hummus and pesto dips with some pita crackers today.  Going out to a friends for dinner tonight so no need to cook.

I also made some caramel popcorn for the kids to share while they are watching a movie!  Delicious, trying to avoid it now.

Today I've made another batch of sue's chocolate oat cookies, our new favourite biscuit! I have some one minute bread on its 2nd rise and apart from dinner, that's all for today. Never seem to have time to cook these days 😔

I'm baking dede's choc chip cookies because the plumber is coming around. He's an old family friend so if he gets some of my home-baked goodies we get a little discount on the work he does ;) ;) :D

Suzanne I was about to make the c4 biscuits but no choc chips.

Busy day cooking. Breakfast scones, creamy chicken and brown rice soup, Maddy's cheese and bacon rolls, milo biscuits, Belgium lemon tea cake, smoothies and pizza strudel.

Well this is most unusual and i am unsure about posting the recipe here as the main ingredient may be difficult to find. Green Soya beans, also known as Edamame are the base for this dip.  It is easy to make and delicious.  Chinese grocers may have these beans in the freezer. I have posted the recipe on my Blog and will post here if anyone is interested.
