Great birthday food Rob. I am pleased you enjoyed the cheesecake. Love the strawberry idea.

Gorgeous cup cakes Maddy.

Made another batch of Monday morning muffins, minus the date seeds, and cannelloni.

Your attention to detail is amazing maddy - how you have the patience to be so exact amazes me and I would be happy to just have a smidgen of your decorating skills.

Made soya bean milk and mixed with grass jelly. Both drinks are popular on their own in Malaysia. Then a clever person decided to mix them up, and the idea took off. A black and white drink :)

CP, soya bean drink is milky. The grass jelly has a firm and yet soft texture, almost like aeroplane jelly. Similar to drinking bubble tea :)

Maddy those cakes are amazing! Such talent.
That drink sounds interesting.
Lemon, lime cheesecake I absolutely adore. When are we cutting it?!
Trying desperately to find a nice runny custard recipe. Am I the only one who doesn't like the stodgy EDC one?! Thinking of trying Brons one with the Marie biscuit next.

A very quick and easy one...

Ingredients:
250g unsalted butter, diced
150g plain flour
320g white sugar or raw sugar
65g Dutch Cocoa powder
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Heat oven 180oC
2. Melt butter for 2 minutes at 60oC, speed 3.
3. Put remaining ingredients, mixed at speed 5 for 5-8 seconds.
4. Pour to lined lamington tin and bake for 30 minutes.
5. Rest in the tin for 10 minutes.

Tips:  could add walnut, pecan or almond - cook further 10 minutes

(sorry I copied and pasted it.) :)
