Its nonomix banana choc chip cake with maddys banana version of creamy vanilla frosting then décorated with maltesers whole and crushed and strawberries...

I had a cook up today and have eventually made teninas umami paste also 2 lots of her strawberry jam and a citrus spread. All these have been on my to do for a while, so I feel pleased to have stocked the fridge ( and some for my Mummy).

Denise, I made strawberry jam too. Chookie's recipe for conserve. Love it so much
Made muffins from a basic recipe thread. They looked quite good, but didn't taste that yummy. Oh well, I will move on to the next recipe.
