The loaf looks appetising Chookie.

Katie, the shed builders will take several days as they will want to eat your lovely food.

Thanks Chookie.

The shed builders are builder mates of my DH. One was here a couple of days last weekend and he had the best meatball sandwich he ever had and the best pie he'd ever had (his words!).  To me it was just lunch, but nice to receive a compliment. Today we are having curry as thats what my DH requested.

Well not exactly cooked but for lunch a chickpea and vegetable salad with a pomegranate dressing. To die for. DH ate most of all this. Amazing. Then he  asked what were those red things.

I've made a carrot cake tho pay back my neighbors son for feeding dog and cat while I was away. kitchen is like a sauna so I may as well up the temperature a bit more and convert a recipe for savory muffins out of a new book. Then I'm going to make the chicken roast from the devil book  :D

I've just made 2 lots of butter & buttermilk for $1.20 but boy, I really dislike this job.  I get myself into such a mess and tonight I  managed to tip over my jug of iced-water to make even more mess.  Sometimes I wonder if it's worth it but I just couldn't walk pass 4 x 300mls cream for 30 cents each.
