Jamberie I started cooking Sunday afternoon and did a bit more Monday. Think I baked cake and cookies Monday and the rest was done on Sunday. Limoncello was made weeks ago. Gave out hampers today and last night with instructions to put curd in the fridge straight away. The rest of the items should be ok for a week. If they last that long. Honestly it wasn't as hard as I expected.

That sounds like a lot of work but also achievable. Thanks for that, and I like the idea of the instructions for the curd to be put in the fridge :)

I love the cupcakes. I bought a pack of those to do. Perhaps DH would like to take some to car club next week.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Up extra early today and decided to do a Uni and cook.  ;D

Thai corn cakes from The Revive Cookbook 2. Really pleased how they turned out - held together well.

Everyone is so busy.
Well done KimmyH
I did hampers last year and I loved doing them and they were well received. Not this year for obvious reasons but am doing Brazens spiced nuts and some fudges for pressies.

Up early today but went to the gym, looking at the food wish I had done some cooking - not much food in our house at the moment.
