My 2 dd's have taken on cooking and shopping ( week 2). Following michele bridges recipes. Some very nice and definetly portion controlled. Just have to stop looking for nibbles elsewhere.

That sounds yummy. We are having all the vegetarian options so will look for it. DD1 did the 12 week challenge last year so using recipes from that. Penang chicken was very nice last week. Most of all its nice to have the need to think about what are we are eating taken away.

It is delicious and you wouldn't know the topping was cauliflower versa potato - a recipe she posted in The Sydney Morning Herald. I'm sure it would be googlable.

We are having a Michelle Bridges recipe from the 12WBT tonight - chicken tikka curry with cauliflower.
I've signed up for the next round of the challenge and I start on 3rd February. I think I'm looking forward to it!

I think Meagan did that and did well.

Meagan did the Michelle Bridges challenge, lost 13 kilos and looks a like million bucks.  :D
