I cant believe i used 5kg of flour in 6 day   just in making bread  :o

Uni, I dont use that much but bag is bought every 2 weeks. But not this week as we have had ready made bread & guess what it doesnt get eaten nearly as quickly :) just have a dough on first rise as the boys miss my bread :)

I buy my bread flour in 10 kg bags. It lasts us 3-4 weeks, usually.

You have obviously been very busy Uni.

Baked a GF Chocolate Fudge Cake for my friends Birthday tomorrow. ;D

Also made Tenina's Crunchy Grain Free Granola.

Thanks Michele.I used my recipe here but substituted Doves Gluten Free Flour in the recipe.It works very well.

Lovely cooking girls.  CC.   When I try to do the informal finish it looks awful .  Yours looks delicious. 
Visitors tomorrow,  I think.  Cooked Corned beef in crock pot, Belgium lemon teacake, walnut, raisin and apricot loaf in mini SC.  Chicken stock barley for salad tomorrow.  Will cook mini loaf for lunch,  in the morning.
