We had to evacuate for three days due to fires, and I sorely missed my tmx. Should have taken it with me. But so glad to be using it again today. I made a green smoothie for breakfast. Followed by cocao bliss balls, Anzac biscuits and vegetable stock. Now have to look through recipes for things to make tomorrow, my SIL gave me heaps of pantry items (including lots of rice bubbles and basmati rice).
It is good to hear you are safe TBNT.  Hoping those areas that badly need rain get it.
Uni, do you marinate the lamb before cooking in PC?

Ghastly TBNT you were right in the heat of it, so to speak. I hope your home and all round it is safe.

I've made some of Poh's pineapple jam tarts and have attempted a 6 strand plait using Chookie's no fuss recipe.

They are actually called Poh's Malaysian Pineapple Tarts.

I made a green smoothie, Beetroot salad and butter chicken from edc today. Was considering making pullapart garlic bread, but kids kept me busy.

Yes was a bit too close for comfort, less than 5km away. Had the wind not changed, would have been a totally different story. But just lots of ash and burnt wood around our yard and smoke.
