I love freshly made home baked bread especially if it is with some good cheese a piece of cabana or salami and a nice glass of wine.  My idea of a good dinner :D :D

What is the purpose of the tin exactly? Is it just a shape or does it make a special sort of cake?  Thank goodness it was cheap or I would not have been talked into it by two giggling friends . It is quite heavy and the bread just fell out of it.  Cool.  Be good for meatloaf . Now I have to find a place to put it.

Just a shape Gert. Aldi sell boxes of bundt cake mix. I have a cookbook dedicated to bundt cakes. Basically you can put any cake mix in it. There are some very pretty shaped tins. It would be good for meat loaf and Maddy has a post somewhere for pizza. Andies molded lasagna goes well in a bundt tin too.

Yep, can't remember how successful her lasagna was as she was doing it in a Tupperware jello mold.

Having said that, any of the Tupperware jello mold recipes would work in a bundt tin. Good buy Gert.  ;D

Yesterday I made honey mustard mayonnaise and having made that I had to make a salad to clean out the bowl, so made Chookies 2 second salad which I whizz for 3 seconds. Also slow cooked some chicken drumsticks in a lime, soy marinade.

Can anyone remember the recipe for slow cooker lamb with balsamic vinegar and sun dried tomatoes? Can't remember who posted it on the Forum. Was a great  but simple recipe...have spent a frustrating 30 mins trying to find the recipe. Would love to make it tomorrow!
